Setup

Two Steps to Get Trading

The first gets you a funded-account provider. The second connects it to ExtremeTrades.

Purchase your Apex prop firm account

Your trading capital comes from a prop firm — we use Apex Trader Funding. Once you're funded, the ExtremeTrades strategy trades your Apex account for you on the VPS we provide. There is nothing for you to install or run.

  1. Go to apextraderfunding.com
  2. Navigate to the Products tab
  3. Under Type, select EOD Trail
  4. Choose the Standard Account Size — $50k
  5. Select a 5 PACK Tradovate
  6. Select your country and complete registration
  7. Enter your legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID
  8. Tick "I request immediate access to my account and services"
  9. At payment, use coupon code SAVENOW
Heads up: Apex uses two-factor authentication — have your phone nearby before you start. After purchase, your Tradovate username and password appear on the bottom right of your Apex dashboard. You do not need to set up Tradovate separately; Apex provisions it for you.

Log in to your client portal

Your client portal is where you sign your agreement, enter your Apex credentials, and see your account status, performance and documents. Sign in with the email address on your account — you'll get a secure login link by email.

  1. Sign your Client License & Services Agreement — the portal prompts you for this first
  2. On the dashboard, click Connect Tradovate (Demo) and log in with the credentials from Apex (your username begins with APEX)
  3. Open the Profile tab and find Manage Setup Details
  4. Enter the same username and password
  5. Tick the authorization box and click Save Setup Details

What Happens Next

You're now entering your evaluation period, during which we fine-tune the system on your accounts. Your monthly subscription is $149.00/month per prop firm, and covers every trading account you hold at that firm. Trading at a second firm is another $149.00/month.

The 50% performance fee applies only to payouts you actually receive from a funded account — there is no performance fee on evaluation accounts, and nothing is owed until you take a payout.
